We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them to qualify for a full refund.

Prapor accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international customers in the near future.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
